30-Day Return Policy
Sales of customized items and all printing products are final and cannot be returned. Samples cannot be returned and do not come with any warranty.
Non-customized and non-PPE items come with a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please return it within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund back to the original payment method, less shipping and handling cost. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment: credit card, PayPal account, check, etc. It's the customer's responsibility to return the product back to us in its original condition prior to receiving a refund. Products that are not in the original packaging, with damaged packaging, scuffs and scratches, or other blemishes are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products that have been mis-used or damaged by accident (dropping, for example) by the customer or the return shipping company may not be refunded at our discretion.
During the COVID-19 crisis, we re-purposed our equipment to produce face shields and civilian cloth masks, and leveraged our vetted vendor network to bring in crucial supplies such as FDA approved Disposable and KN95 masks. In order to get supplies, we had to pay vendors 100% upfront plus shipping rates that are multiples of what they had been during peace time. Because of this, and because of the personal nature of PPE products, all PPE orders are FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED, RETURNED, OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON
All HITEK items purchased directly from us come with One Year Limited Warranty. Batteries used in products come with a 90-day warranty. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective product, for the original purchaser. Warranty is not transferrable, and requires the product to be returned to us at the customer's expense. Warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship, and is limited to one full replacement product for each product purchased, for the original purchaser.
To file a warranty claim, please email us at tlc-at-sunrisehitek-dot-com, with your order number, contact information, and a description of the problem. We will respond within 24 hours with a repair or replacement solution. We reserves the right to replace with a refurbished product, or substitute with a comparable model, or with a different color, or refund the original purchase price. If the warranty claim is within 30 days of purchase date, we will pay for ground shipping both ways. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the warranty service. In case a defective product is not required to be returned, the customer pays outbound shipping of the warranty product.
Normal wear and tear including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, dents, and accidents are not covered by our Warranty. Excessive force and mis-use are not covered.
We are not responsible for any damages of any customer equipment as a result of using our product.
